This is taken at the Queluz National Palace. They have a very impressive tiled section of a river/canal. The older tiles are all fractured and falling apart and you can also tell the difference between newer replacement tiles because of the style of art. The newer tiles are all painted more realistically and with finer details - note the poorly realized faces. A good example of how techniques can change over a couple hundred of years.
